Firstly, check if you have entered the right email-address at the check out. If so, please check your SPAM-mail too. If you still haven’t received it, then we would love to help you. Contact us with your full information in order to help us locate it.
We would love to cancel your order if it is still in the warehouse and not shipped.
When it is shipped, then we can’t cancel it anymore.
Your items may still be eligible for return, you can also check this at our returns policy.
If you have made an error in your shipping adres, please contact us. We would love to change it for you. In case the order is already shipped, then you should contact your courier to advise them of the address update. We will try our best to make any updated on your adres, however this depends on the status of the shipment

We would love to change it for you in case the order is still not processed.
Since we process the orders quick, it might happen that the order is already shipped. In this case we can change it afterwards for you.
We do however have a returns policy in place, if you are not satisfied with your items you can return this within 14 days of receipt.
